I have just purchased VoCal and it is saying that I cannot connect to the server even though I have a working internet connection on my iPhone?
How do I uninstall and reinstall VoCal?
Please follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall VoCal from your iPhone or iPod Touch.
2. To restart your iPhone or iPod Touch, press the Power and Select buttons together... Keep the buttons pressed and ignore the screen asking you to ‘slide power off’...
3.Keep pressing the buttons... It should take around seven seconds for the next screen to appear. Once this screen appears showing the Apple logo, you may let go of the buttons and wait for the iPhone to restart.
1. To uninstall the app, hold down the VoCal icon on the home screen until it vibrates and an ‘X’ appears. Click on the ‘X’ to uninstall. Then please restart your iPhone.
4. Re-download VoCal from the iTunes store. You will not be charged again.
5. Re-install VoCal; upon opening the app you may get a message on screen asking to Allow Notifications. You must press OK in order for the application to activate the first 3 months subscription.

If you are getting this message upon opening VoCal and you have only recently purchased it, please try the following steps...
2. Enter the iPhone Settings Page
6. Restart your iPhone by holding down the Power and Select buttons until you see the Apple logo appear on screen.
7. Then try to open the app. If this works you should see the subscribe button disappear after a few moments.

4. Please ensure that your Notifications are set to the ON position. Then press the VoCal icon below
5. In VoCal settings, please ensure that your Sounds, Alerts and Badges are all set to the ON position.
